With over 30 years of hands-on HR leadership, my passion is to be a trusted expert in California employment law, workplace compliance, and professional development for HR professionals. I have served as an HR leader, expert witness in employment litigation, trainer, and coach—equipping organizations to navigate the complexities of labor law while building people-centered cultures.
