This program works when you work it. If you complete the required program activities and do not pass your selected SHRM or HRCI exam, you may request a full refund of your program tuition.
To qualify, you must complete all required modules and assignments before your exam date, attend or watch the required coaching sessions and complete the associated exercises, finish the required practice questions and review the explanations, follow your individualized study plan, complete your 1-on-1 strategy session, sit for your selected exam within your access period, and submit your official score report within 30 days of receiving your results.
Once your participation and score report are verified, your eligible tuition is refunded. This guarantee covers program tuition only — not certification application or exam fees, third-party materials, or other costs. It applies to one exam attempt per enrollment, for the exam selected during onboarding.
What happens after enrollment?
